Raid Pulse wouldn't be possible without the energy and dedication of our incredible team of volunteers. Join us for a unique experience in the heart of nature and help us create a magical adventure for runners.

Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast, a former athlete, or someone who wants to get involved in our community, there's a role for you!

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Volunteer roles are divided into key positions that ensure the safety, smooth running and atmosphere of the race:

headquarters area: LoGISTICS, start, finish

  • Athlete registration and check-in: verify registrations, distribute race bibs, race kits and maps

  • Start protocol: assist with team gathering for the start

  • Finish line support: greet teams at the finish line, present medals, collect equipment, and ensure athletes receive their post-race snacks

  • Headquarters animation: taking the microphone and making important presentations and announcements

  • Assembly and dismantling of infrastructure, parking management

Transition areas: GEAR, timing

  • Transition manager: manage and organize the transition area, set up the tent and tables

  • Equipment supervision: monitor participants' personal equipment

  • Communication: provide participants with basic information about the rest of the course (next discipline, exit direction, time limits, etc.)

  • Hydration/refreshment stations: manage and restock refreshment tables

  • Transition times: record the split times of all teams and inform the organizers if any runners are missing

  • Help with gear movement: canoes, bags, bikes

Other roles: everything else!

  • Social media and photography: capturing key moments of the race and participants, photos of the start and finish

  • Checkpoint: stationing at a specific checkpoint along the course to validate the passage of teams

  • Transporting equipment: moving participants' equipment between headquarters and transition areas

  • Assist race directors as needed (withdrawals, emergency transport, etc.)

  • Pre- and post-event logistics: assisting with the setup/dismantling of facilities and checkpoints

  • Team spirit and a positive attitude

  • A desire to spend time outdoors

  • Ability to follow clear instructions and remain attentive

  • Motivation to encourage athletes throughout their challenge

  • Strong adaptability and quick thinking

  • Mobility in sometimes difficult terrain
