Transfer, Credit and cancellation
We know that life throws curveballs and plans can change!
Our approach is detailed below. In any case, please contact us as soon as possible.
No transfer or cancellation are permitted on race day.
Transfer: the prefered way
A registration can be transferred to another racer who will take your place in the race.
Ex: I can no longer participate in the event; my brother will replace me.
This method incurs no fees or losses.
Raid Pulse credit: easy
If you are unable to participate in the race and do not have a replacement, you may be eligible to receive a Raid Pulse credit.
This credit will be valid for another Aventure Raid Pulse event.
cancellation: if there is no other choice
Here are the refund conditions. Amounts are calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received.

Event cancelled by the Organization
Aventure Raid Pulse events take place rain or shine!
We encourage you to always bring the necessary equipment. In case of last-minute changes or mandatory equipment modifications, you will be notified by email and via social media.
In the exceptional case that a race must be cancelled by the organizers due to extreme weather (e.g., government ban, lightning, flooding) or other unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full credit equivalent to your registration fee, valid for any other Aventure Raid Pulse event.
No monetary refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation by the organizers.
