Le P'tit Raid Pulse (2h duration)

August 12th 2017

Wakefield, Outaouais, QC (Race HQ at ski Vorlage)

Le P'tit Raid Pulse is accessible to all levels of experience (from 7 to 77 years of age). It is the ideal format for beginners to try adventure racing and to get a taste of this great sport.

This remote sector has a lot of potential for an awesome adventure race and let me tell you that it is quite a playground for outdoors and adventure lovers.

As usual, we want to offer a quality event in pristine nature including two disciplines of adventure racing (trekking/trail running and mountain biking).

Teams must complete the course by reaching the various check points using the maps provided by Raid Pulse. During the course the navigation difficulty level will be accessible to all levels of experience (a big part of the course will be marked). Of course, an experienced team should make fewer errors and complete the course more rapidly.

2016 Event recap

Congratulations to all the teams for a great race! The weather was great and racers had a blast on a tough and challenging course. The highlight of the race was the MTB section in Velo MSM all teams really enjoyed their time. The beautiful landscapes in the trekking section were also very nice. Crossing the finish line was an accomplishment in itself.

A big thanks to the people of municipalité de Lac Ste-Marie who provided us with a lot of support for the organization of this event.

It would simply be impossible to organize such an event without the enthusiastic participation of numerous volunteers; special thanks to all of them for their contribution and for making this race a great success.

Special mention to the teams that helped other teams in trouble during the event. This kind of behavior reflects very well the spirit of good-companionship which is so present in Raid Pulse events.
